Basic Rules

• You MUST have a working, quality microphone.

• You MUST comply with Twitch TOS and Rockstar TOS at all times.

• Toxicity will not be tolerated in Eutopia at all, no matter what platform (Youtube, Twitch, Kick, Discord, etc) it can still see you removed from the server without warning.

• Real-world current affairs and tragedies must not be brought into the server, we are a fictional environment which has been created as an escape from reality.

• Eutopia is an English-speaking server, you must be fluid in communicating in the English Language.

• There is a zero-tolerance policy on all types of discrimination and trolling. This can see you removed without warning.

• Terrorism, Mental Health, Suicide, Self Harm or Pregnancy Roleplay is strictly forbidden at all times.

• Use of immersion-breaking terms such as (Discord, Tickets, Clipped etc) is forbidden at all times. This includes being in discord calls whilst in the city, other than staff support ticket calls.

• You must be in the Eutopia Discord Server at all times.

• Any type of racial abuse, racial profiling, sexism, ableism or homophobia is strictly against our server rules. Anyone found to be doing this can and will be removed from our community.

• Any form of cheating or exploiting will get you removed from our community.

• If you are found to be selling in-game information or items for real-life cash will result in removal from the community.

• Any form of severe toxicity will not be tolerated in our community.

• Advertising any other server will result in removal from the community regardless of what type of server it is.

• Do not dm or /@ the owners/management on Discord about server issues, please open tickets.

• You must not report someone based on a grudge, this means just reporting someone for breaking rules which were not brought forward before action taken up yourself.

• Characters within the city must have realistic names and nothing that could potentially break TOS.

• You must always allow the RP to continue before making a report. You must not break character or refuse to RP if you are in a situation where you feel that someone has broken a rule. You must finish the RP scene and then report the situation afterwards.

• Impersonating any staff member in the city is forbidden and will result in being removed from the community.

• You must not leave the server or voice call in the middle of a staff situation. You must wait until a situation is concluded before leaving.
