PD Rules

You cannot impersonate the police. This means that you cannot go around the city pretending to be the police nor can you wear any police uniform unless hired by PD.

You are allowed to steal PD vehicles but only if it is within fight or flight. This means you cannot go around randomly stealing PD vehicles with no RP behind it. Also to note, if it is an armed vehicle that has been stolen then lethal force will be authorised due to the contents contained within the vehicle.

Kidnapping officers can only be done when there is a minimum 2 PD officers in the city (this does not include PCSO’s). The 2 PD officers need to be higher than the rank of PCSO as PCSO’s are not to be taken hostage under any circumstances.

Corruption within PD will not be tolerated. If you have a storyline idea involving corruption, before this can be acted upon, it needs to be approved by owners via a ticket within the discord. Within the PD Command Team, there is a Zero tolerance for corruption.

You can rob a police officer to try and get your items back if they have taken them from you. However, you can only take the items they have taken from you and if they have already been stored in evidence then you cannot get them to get the items out of evidence.

In certain circumstances, PD can carry out a raid on your properties/vehicles. This is based on arrests and evidence. Some examples could be, arrested for PWITS and having a large quantity of drugs on you. Another example could be, having multiple arrests for having an offence weapons. This can only be authorised by a member of the Command Team.

If PD pull you over or are questioning you, you must RP with them. There is no need to always run or pull weapons out. Think in real life terms, you are going to be cautious when it comes to the PD.

If involved in a scene and/or chase with PD, you are not allowed to store your items or your vehicle away until 15 minutes after the scene has finished. This also means you cannot change the colour of your car within this timescale also. This is a form of Power Gaming.

In PD chases you cannot use any jumps and/or ramps for the first 5 minutes of the chase.

In PD chases you cannot go offroad for the first 5 minutes of the chase.

PD should only use guns in a life threatening situation. i.e. a criminal has a knife at an officers throat. Taking a persons life should always be the last resort, as this creates zero RP.
