Ninja looting

You must have a valid reason to rob another player. You must not pocket wipe another player. If you are involved in GangRP and leave/or kicked from your gang, you must not take any belongings that are within the organisation. You can't loot another player with little or no interaction beforehand. This includes robbing vehicles with no valid reason.
